This page will show you how to connect the camera to a ADTi RTK GPS module.
WILL UPDATE SOON
ADTi provides customers the 3D.step file for 45CMF for client to view or download for their own system integration
This is a quick start guide for 45CMF, which has the most usefull information that you need to setup your 45CMF at first time, please let us know if you still have questions.
Introducing ADTI latest 45MP full frame camera with Sony IMX 366 image sensor-the ADTi 45CMF camera module, which is an ADTI self-developed 45MP full frame camera module, it adopts CMF design that focuses on the chromatic, tactile and decorative identity of industrial camera product. What's more, our engineers considered the product's application in the drone environment, so this product has extremely light weight, extremely small size, and all-aluminum heat dissipation performance.
This page shows the 45CMF module engineering drawing.
Please follow the below photo for camera connections.
45CMF full frame camera module has GPS protocol for direct image geotagging and camera SDK for both Windows and Liunx through the camera serial port control protocol (UART)
Port type:
UART_Port
Type: 3.3v TTL Serial port
BaudRate: 230400
Data Bits 8 Stop Bits 1 No Flow Control No Parity
Please note: the serial port control protocol only available on UART Port, NOT Ethernet Port, the Ethernet Port is ONLY for video streaming function!

Commands sent to the camera
1) Query Camera Parameters Command
This page will show how to test the camera triggering manually or by autopilots.
The 45CMF has a manual trigger button, if you need to test the camera triggering, you can either manually trigger the camera by pressing the shutter botton at the back of the camera, or by autopilots.
below photo shows the camera triggering by RELAY:

This page will show you how to connect the camera to pixhawk for MAVlink QGC
The ADTi 45CMF cameras can work directly with ADTI POS &CTRL Unit for MAVlink QGC, if you are using standard PX4 or Ardupilot firmware and standard QGC for ground control software, you do not need to do any another work, simply connnect the camera with POS & CTRL Unit, choose the right IP address inyour video feed device such as GCS or you PC (192.168.144.100 ) and then connect and power on.
you will see the video feed, as well as QGC will automatically download the camera QGC user interface.
Hardware Connections , you will need:
1Flight controller with PX4 or ardupilot and compatible with QGC
2) ADTi 45CMF Camera
3) ADTi POS Unit (Camera POS & CTRL Units)
4) Cable for connecting the camera
5) Cable for connecting the flight controller
Please review the following video for details:
ADTI CAM Assistant 1.1 is a ADTI self-developed camera module PC (windows 64) system for 45CMF module camera settings.
Please download the
Please NOTE: if you PC can find the camera once connect with USB, but could not connect to the software, then you need a USB Hub to provide 5V sufficient power supply to camera.
Driver Installation
1. Connect the camera to the computer with the USB cable.
When you access the ADTi camera for the first time, you will see other devices that are not driven under the Device Manager, the device name is ADTi Mapping Camera, as shown in the figure below.
2. Open zadig-2.7.exe to start installing the driver, it will recognize all the current USB devices, please select ADTi Mapping Camera in the drop-down menu , and then select WinUSB(v6.1.7600.16385) in the right side of the green arrow, then click Install Driver.
This page will show you how to connect the camera to pixhawk for geo-tagging the photos.
The ADTi 45CMF cameras support standard NMEA message geotagging to the photo Exif information. Baseon the pixhawk output NMEA, which connects to the ADTi 45CMF camera via a ADTi POS Unit for direct geotagging, the following will guide you through how to connect the hardware and set the pixhawk parameters.
Also ADTi 45CMF combines with ADTi POS Unit, is compatible with MAVlink, so User can remote control the camera functions by Qgroundcontrol.
Hardware Connections , you will need:
1)Pixhawk Flight control
2) ADTi 45S V1 Camera
3) ADTi POS Unit
4) Cable for connecting the camera

Setting Camera Parameters Command
Example for set the shutter speed:
$Set,",1000,*
means set camera shutter speed to 1000, change the number will set different speed (800, 1000, 1800)
Power the camera by connecting the VIN and GND wih 3-6S lipo battery.
12-28V DC power supply
VIN = 12-28V
GND= Ground

3. After the installation is complete, you can see that the ADTi Mapping Camea is in a normal state under the Device Manager.
4. Reconnect the camera to the computer once, then you can use the software to set up the camera normally .
Caution: If the computer has previously installed the libusb-win32 driver, you need to remove the corresponding device and uninstall the driver first.
